The 2026 edition is the 37th.",[465,466],"Created in 1986, the Paulée de Printemps belongs to the tradition of Burgundian banquets. It was once known as the Bannée, a feast linked to the official start of the harvest, and since 1992 it has been held in mid-March. It is organised by the Association pour la Promotion de Meursault.","Each year a renowned chef is honoured. In 2025 the dinner was presided over by Patrick Henriroux of La Pyramide in Vienne, who presented the Prix de la Paulée to Christophe Quéant of Le Carmin in Beaune, and in 2026 the guest of honour was Paul Marcon, winner of the 2025 Bocuse d'Or.","Dinner is served in the château's cuverie by a caterer, and wines of the Château de Meursault are poured alongside the bottles brought by guests and Meursault growers. Winemakers move between the tables to talk about what they have opened, and the evening feels like a large, generous family meal.","Places are limited and must be reserved in advance, so ask the Château de Meursault or the organising association when bookings open. Bring at least one good bottle per person, ideally something special to share. The dinner ends late and the wines are serious, so book your driver for the return to Beaune when you book your seats.","In 2026 the Paulée de Printemps honoured Paul Marcon, the young chef who won the Bocuse d'Or in 2025.",[471,472,473,474],"https://www.info-beaune.com/articles/2026/02/25/14373/meursault-la-37e-paulee-de-printemps-celebrera-l-excellence-gastronomique-avec-la-mise-a-l-honneur-de-paul-marcon-bocuse-d-or-2025/","https://www.chateau-meursault.com/une-36eme-paulee-de-printemps-reussie/","https://www.chateau-meursault.com/retour-en-images-sur-la-paulee-de-printemps-au-chateau-de-meursault/","https://www.chateau-meursault.com/evenements/",[476],"https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Paul%C3%A9e_de_Printemps
[479
302,[482,484,486,488,490],[71,483],27,[483,485,41],36,[485,487],102,[487,489,38],122,[489,480],[492
297,[],[496,498

284,[501,503,505,507,510],[71,502],183,[502,504,421],192,[504,506],196,[506,508,509],202,"/villages/beaune",[508,499],[512
331,[],[516,519,522,525,528
137,[
98,[
139,[
205,[
229,[],[532
101,[],1791476223909]
