# La Paulée du Château de Meursault

> La Paulée du Château de Meursault: the Château de Meursault's autumn harvest dinner, cooked each year by a guest chef.

Each autumn the Château de Meursault holds its own Paulée, a harvest-end dinner that pairs a guest chef's cooking with the estate's wines. It is a ticketed evening, open to anyone who books. The 2026 edition, the 22nd, is cooked by Louis-Philippe Vigilant, chef of the Relais Bernard Loiseau, which holds two Michelin stars.

## History

A paulée is the meal that closes the grape harvest in Burgundy, when a domaine gathers its pickers, cellar team and friends around good food and good bottles. The Château de Meursault, which also hosts the November Paulée de Meursault and the Paulée de Printemps, invites a different chef each autumn: in 2025 the 21st edition was cooked by David Le Comte and Nicolas Isnard of L'Auberge.

## What to expect

The chef's menu is built around the estate's finest wines, and the dinner is served at the château, known for its vast vaulted cellars and its walled clos of Chardonnay. Each year the menu is signed by a different chef.

## Tips for the day

Places are limited and are booked directly with the château, so contact its team well in advance. The 2026 dinner falls on the Vignobles en Scène weekend, when hotels around Beaune fill quickly. A driver waiting at the end of the evening means nobody at the table has to drive home.

## Did you know?

The Château de Meursault hosts several paulées a year: the Paulée de Printemps in March, a musical paulée in summer, its own Paulée in October and the Paulée de Meursault in November.
