It has become a fixture of the auction weekend. Upstairs in the same market hall, the association La Cabotte runs a chocolate fair, created twenty years ago by Christian Delin as a family-friendly alternative to the wine salon. ## What to expect Move from stand to stand under the market roof, tasting Nuits-Saint-Georges village wines, premiers crus and other Burgundy climats, and ask the growers about their vineyards and vintages. Combine it with the Hospices sale at the Clos de Vougeot or with the half marathon on the Saturday, as the whole town is lively that weekend.
