The competition itself is judged by a jury of professionals and experienced amateurs and is not a public event, but the salon opens the weekend to everyone. ## What to expect Visitors taste from stand to stand: Alsace, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Corsica, the Loire, the Rhône, Savoie and the South-West, with cognac, armagnac and other spirits and regional food products.
