Each year has a focus; in 2026 it is on cheeses from Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. ## What to expect Entry includes a screen-printed glass, free tastings at the growers' stands and five tickets for plates of cheese and artisan bread of your choice. There are demonstrations and tastings around the featured cheeses, and the hall is on one level and accessible. ## Tips for the day Tickets cost from 14 euros in 2026 and are sold through the Beaune tourist office, with free entry for under-10s; each ticket is valid for one day.
