The light plan takes you to a harvest experience sold by the Beaune tourist office and back, then to the Château du Clos de Vougeot, where four giant wooden presses stand in the monks' vat house. The full plan makes the third day a wine day at the houses that receive visitors every day of the harvest, the Clos de Vougeot among them.
