## History

The domaine has made and sold its own wine since 1971. Its appellations are Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits in red and white, Bourgogne Aligoté and Coteaux Bourguignons. The vines are trained high and wide, a hallmark of the Hautes-Côtes, and the team does all the vineyard work itself. The domaine began converting to organic farming in 2018, with the aim of being certified in 2026.

Mathieu Piécourt owns the estate, Tomasz Blonski has been its cellar master for more than 20 years, and Yoan Vernus, a trained sommelier, has welcomed visitors since 2018. Each plot is fermented separately in small vats, and the wines age in barrels of French oak. The cellar keeps vintages going back to 1989.

## What you will see

In the tasting room, the team pours the wines so that you can taste before you buy, with bottles from €16 to €39. The booked visit takes you down into the cellars to see how the domaine works, followed by a commented tasting suited to every level of knowledge. Children are welcome, with a drawing table and, in fine weather, a play area.
