Chablis is white only, from Chardonnay, and its seven grands crus share one slope across the Serein from the town, about 135 km from Beaune, almost all of it on the A6. The light plan drops you in Chablis for the day, with La Chablisienne's cellar, a domaine by appointment and lunch, and collects you in the late afternoon. The full plan makes it a long wine day with Noyers-sur-Serein on the way, after a half day in the Côte de Beaune for comparison.
