About the event

Each Whitsun weekend the small village of Reulle-Vergy, up in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, fills with craftspeople, local producers and families. The Carrefour artisanal is a long-standing fixture of the Hautes-Côtes calendar and draws visitors from across the area.

What to expect

Browse stands of jewellery, textiles, wood, leather, glass and ceramics, taste local specialities such as snails and artisan preserves, and let children enjoy the shows and games. The village lies in the Hautes-Côtes north-west of Nuits-Saint-Georges, near the ruins of the abbey of Saint-Vivant.

History

The Carrefour artisanal, run by the association of the same name, reached its 49th edition in 2026, from 23 to 25 May. Under the banner of crafts, flavours and a children's fête, it brought together 72 craftspeople and many local producers.

Tips for the day

In 2026 the fête was open from 10 am to 7 pm on Saturday and Sunday and until 6 pm on Monday. Pair it with a visit to the Hautes-Côtes wineries or the Saint-Vivant abbey ruins, and let a private driver handle the narrow roads up from the Côte.
