Day by day

The Route des Grands Crus runs about 60 km from Dijon to Santenay, with Beaune roughly in the middle, so five days give each part of the Côte its time. The light plan spreads three outings over the stay: the hill of Corton, Chambolle-Musigny and a starred dinner at Ed.Em in Chassagne-Montrachet. The full plan books a half day on the hill of Corton and two full wine days, one for the Côte de Nuits and one for the white wine villages of the Côte de Beaune.
