About the event
Bouzeron is the only village appellation in Burgundy made entirely from aligoté, and once a year its winegrowers close the streets to cars and pour their wines from caveau to caveau. Craftspeople, a village restaurant and local food complete a day that feels like a small Saint-Vincent.
What to expect
The village centre becomes pedestrian, and around eighteen growers each pour their Bouzeron and one red wine. A cooper demonstrates barrel-making, a snail farmer offers tastings, and stoneworkers, a potter and a beekeeper show their crafts. Meals are served by the village restaurant and a local association.
History
From 2003 to 2013 the growers' association held the Fête de Bouzeron et Persillé de Bourgogne, pairing the village's white wine with parsleyed ham; by its last editions it drew up to 3,000 visitors. After more than ten years' absence, the growers and the town revived it in 2026 as Bouzeron fête sa différence.

Tips for the day
Entry was free in 2026; tasting required a kit with glass, holder, booklet and tickets, sold for 15 euros and bookable online. Dates for future editions had not been announced at the time of writing. Bouzeron is barely 25 minutes from Beaune, and with a driver the kit can be used to the full.
