About the event
Festi'Noël is Beaune's Christmas market, held over a mid-December weekend beside the Porte Marie de Bourgogne, one of the old gates of the town. Craftspeople and designers sell decorations, jewellery, toys and local treats, with music, lights and mulled wine.
What to expect
In 2025 about forty craftspeople and designers took part. Visitors browse gift ideas and local specialities to the scent of mulled wine, and the market is designed as a family outing.
History
The market is organised by the CFDB, the Comité des Fêtes et du Développement de Beaune, a volunteer association that also runs the Festivinales, the street festivities of the Vente des Vins weekend, as well as summer markets and a giant picnic.

Tips for the day
The market is on the boulevard that rings the old town, a short walk from the Hôtel-Dieu. In 2025 the Métiers d'Art en Côte-d'Or craft fair was held in the Chapelle Saint-Étienne on the same weekend, and Beaune's monuments are lit up every evening at this time of year. Parking near the ramparts is limited on market days, so being dropped off by your driver is the easiest option.
