About the event
L'Été Frappé is Mâcon's summer festival: two months of free concerts and performances around the town, open to everyone. It gives a summer visit to the Mâconnais an easy evening plan.
What to expect
The programme mixes concerts and shows across the town, changing every year; the tourist office publishes it at the start of the summer.
History
The town of Mâcon runs the festival every summer and publishes the whole programme as a booklet at the start of the season: the 2026 booklet, 36 pages long, went online on 18 June and covered 24 June to 30 August. The tourist office links to it from its own page on the festival.

Tips for the day
Everything is free, so the only planning is the date. If you come by car, the free Monnier car park to the north and Saint-Clément car park to the south are linked to the town centre by the free N1 shuttle, every 9 minutes from Tuesday to Saturday and until 11.30 pm during the summer holidays. Or combine an afternoon among the Pouilly-Fuissé vineyards with an evening concert in Mâcon, and let a driver handle the return to Beaune.
